Pray for South Carolina

This past week something very tragic happened here in South Carolina. Right in our very own backyard, a gunman pulled out a gun and took the lives of 9 innocent people. I ask that if you or anyone you know believe in the power of prayer, please pray for South Carolina. Please pray for the wisdom and strength of our entire nation as well as all of our leaders. Please pray that justice is served and that any alt that we may have in our hearts now or in the future for this act and other sense-less acts that are similar in nature be removed.

 
Let me tell y'all it can be hard to forgive. Hard but doable because our Jesus died on the cross for us. And if he can forgive, than any of us can.

Colossians 1:13-14 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

 

Although this evil act sent our state into a little bit of a frenzy, it made our faith even stronger than before. It is the ultimate act that shows that God is and always will be in control and for that, I am extremely thankful. That alone gives us peace beyond any understanding.
